Three decades, three companies.

AEE Industries has grown one deliberate step at a time — never faster than the engineering could keep up with.

1991

The group is founded

Rahul Nahar starts Arham Electronics & Electricals in Pune — the first venture in what would become the AEE group, manufacturing rechargeable lighting and battery products.

2013

Enwalk is born

The group's consumer lighting range is brought together under a single brand — Enwalk — expanding into torches, lanterns and portable electronics.

2022

Ergen Technovation launches

The group moves into deep-tech power electronics, founding Ergen to design smart battery charging systems for drones, EVs, medical and industrial applications.

2024

Inovo Healthcare begins

AEE enters medical electronics with Inovo, manufacturing diagnostic devices for primary healthcare — from thermometers to blood pressure monitors.
